Future Karaoke uses your name, email address, venue name and an app-specific device identifier to provide and administer trial access, verify your email, prevent repeat trials, and answer trial-access questions. We record acceptance of the terms and the notice version. An email notification of registration is sent to host@futurekaraoke.com.

Trial administration relies on providing the trial under its terms. Preventing repeat trials and protecting the service are our legitimate interests. We never sell your personal information or share it with other businesses for their marketing. Registration does not subscribe you to promotional emails.

Our service providers process data for us: Cloudflare stores trial records and rate limits, our licence-service hosting provider operates access controls, and our website hosting and email providers deliver verification and notification emails. Sunfly receives an app-specific testing device identifier, content requests and playback reports to provide catalogue and playback access. Your registration name, email and venue name are not sent to Sunfly by this trial flow. Information is protected in transit and access is restricted. Service providers may process information outside the UK using applicable contractual safeguards; contact us for details.

Contact details in the trial database are removed after 90 days without trial activity. Notification emails are used for trial administration and are reviewed for deletion when that purpose ends. Administrators can view trial customer details, the trial device identifier, current trial activity and time remaining, and can reset a trial allowance. Administrative time resets are recorded for up to 90 days. Minimum keyed device and email hashes, allowance and acceptance records are retained while this trial offer operates to prevent repeat access; they are reviewed when the offer ends. Verification challenges expire after 10 minutes and are deleted within two days. Abuse-prevention counters expire after one hour.

You may request access, correction or deletion, object to legitimate-interest processing, and raise concerns at host@futurekaraoke.com. You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk. A hash is still treated as personal data when it identifies a trial record.
